Abstract

Green-roof is the planting and greening form at the top of the building, which is not connected with the earth directly, it is also a kind of new form of energy saving and environment protection. Now main study at home and abroad is concerned on the green-roof technology innovation, planning layout, planting design, ecological environment, landscape design and management policy. It was very lack to research the comprehensive evaluation of the green-roof, so the quality of the completed green-roofs is uneven. The rapid construction and promotion of the green-roof requires a comprehensive evaluation system for guidance.We choose Shanghai green-roof as the research object. The green-roof evaluation model is established by the methods of the fuzzy priority relation sorting、hierarchical analysis and statistical analysis, through the research on the ecological、security、ornamental、functional、social and economy aspects of green-roof, and then the model is applied to the classification evaluation of the green-roof in Shanghai.The 16 researched green-roofs include 5 extensive green-roofs, 5 semi-intensive green-roofs and 6 intensive green-roofs, the total survey area is 52257m2.The comprehensive evaluation model is established from the 6 aspects of ecological、security、ornmental、functional、social and economy. The comprehensive evaluation results of 3 types of green-roof s are:(1)In the 6 researched intensive green-roofs, the highest scores of the green-roof is the Domestic waste transfer station in the Huangpu District, as the first-class; the green-roofs of the the Thumb Plaza、the Chao Shanyuan Hotel、the Green Management in the Minhang District and the Fuxin Slaughterhouse are all the second-class; the lowest scores of the green-roof is the Jinxiu Tesco store, as the third-class;(2)The 5 researched semi-intensive green-roofs are all the second-class; (3)The 5 researched extensive green-roofs are all the second-class.The evaluation results show that(:1)The overall evaluation of the intensive green-roofs is good, except the social and ecological evaluation, the reasons are that, the intensive green-roofs in Shanghai is not all open to citizens, the plant species is less, and the maintenance for these green-roofs is weak;(2)The evaluation of semi-intensive green-roofs is in the general level, the scores of the evaluation of the ecological and ornamental is the lowest;(3)The evaluation of extensive green-roofs is in the general level, the scores of the evaluation of the ecological is the lowest.At last, we put forward to the optimization suggestion from the planting selection and configuration、public recreation and maintenance in view of 3 types of green-roofs in Shanghai, so as to provide a pratical reference for the development of the green-roof in future.
