In this paper, the thermally induced phase separation Preparation of polypropylene microporous membrane , and the various factors affecting the performance polypropylene film . Firstly, by looking for the solubility parameter , and the combined graph of the transmittance of the various systems of different concentrations , and then test the mechanical strength of the various samples , and methods such as screening diluent comprehensive consideration, the use of beef tallow amine (TA) - phthalic dibutyl (DBP) the mixed diluents polypropylene microporous film . Secondly, the TA-DBP-PP system , changing the mass concentration of the mixed diluent tallow amine , to examine the influence of of tallow amine concentration on membrane performance . With the TA in the increase in the content of the diluents , the the polypropylene flat membrane flux is gradually increased, and the lower breaking strength of the polypropylene film . Then, in the TA-DBP-PP system , changing the concentration of the polypropylene , to examine changes in the concentration of polypropylene impact on membrane performance . With the increase of the concentration of the polymer , the number of table faces is decreased, the pore size of the membrane decreases . When the PP concentration of 20% , the pure water flux of the membrane can be achieved in about 120 L · m-2 · h-1 · bar-1 , the average pore size is 3.2 μm of polypropylene film , the film with a porosity of 61% . Using TH3988, NA-40 two kinds of nucleating agent added 2.4wt% NA-40 of the nucleating agent , the smaller the pore size of the polypropylene flat membrane , and the membrane structure is relatively close ; adding 2.4wt% of a nucleating agent TH3988 flat membrane structure is loose . With the rise of temperature of coagulation bath , the flux and an average pore diameter of the polypropylene film showed an upward trend. However, the mechanical strength of the film will decrease with increasing the temperature of the coagulation bath . In DOP coagulation bath , solidification the flux of the membrane obtained in the bath of the flux of the membrane obtained is superior in soybean oil .
