Cardiovascular disease is one of the main causes of death , the world's population up to 1% incidence of heart disease , heart failure, advanced heart disease caused 75% mortality rate within five years , heart transplantation is the only treatment means , however, the donor makes a lot of serious lack of need for patients waiting for a heart transplant donor died . Therefore , temporary or permanent place of natural heart function of the blood pump is made. Artificial heart beat from the beginning of development to the nearest blood pump suspension rotary blood pump , the solution constantly encountered problems of heart disease , better help patients from the disease. And hemolysis and thrombus artificial heart has always been a major problem in clinical applications . Studies have shown that blood flow in the vortex pump area and the stagnation region on the blood pump hemolysis and thrombosis have a great impact , and some scholars estimate given the experience of hemolysis formula that indicates the size of the red blood cell hemolysis in the flow process suffered in the shear stress and exposure time as a power function . Based on this estimation formula hemolysis , this paper hemolysis characteristics of the blood pump centrifugal rotary blood pump design and optimization, and conducted experiments and hemolysis test water , mainly in the following three aspects: 1 ) the use of blood pump designed for one yuan design Theory and speed coefficient method , and blood pump for hydraulic design, while paper presents an average shear stress model , assuming that the average red blood flowing through the impeller shear stress suffered approximately equivalent to the process of red blood cells flowing in unit volume units from the kinetic energy increment. To improve the performance of blood pumps hemolysis , red blood cells flowing through the impeller by reducing this time and lower its average stress suffered in this process , methods based on the average shear stress model parameters from the pump design effort , thus improving the performance of hemolysis . 2 ) the model to simulate the blood pump and hemolysis estimation analysis, research the impeller and volute clearance under different hydraulic characteristics and hemolysis performance, while analysis of the number of blades on the blood pump hydraulic characteristics and hemolysis performance, comparing to get hemolysis better performance gap size and number of leaves . 3 ) build a hydraulic experimental platform and hemolysis test bench , hydraulic pump for physical experiments and hemolysis experiments , further analysis of the blood pump hydraulic characteristics and hemolytic properties.
