Abstract

This study is based fattening characteristics of life in the summer , the design of γ- aminobutyric acid, baclofen , VC, and probiotics four kinds of heat stress additive for fattening pigs measured the effect of heat stress , the purpose is looking for a green thermal stress additives. The test set- 7 group , randomly selected 112 36.5 ± 2.5 kg fattening pigs require male and female in half, each 16 treatment group 1 is γ- aminobutyric acid 40g / T; treatment of γ- amino group 2 acid 80g / T; treatment group 3 is γ- aminobutyric acid 40g / T and baclofen 10g / T; treatment group 4 baclofen 10g / T; treatment group 5 is a γ- aminobutyric acid 40g / T, baclofen 10g / T and Vc100g / T; treatment group 6 probiotics 500g / T; treatment group 7 for the control group . Feeding trial for 62 days . The results showed that the production is best treated with 5 (γ- aminobutyric acid, baclofen and Vc combination ) and 6 ( probiotics ) , these two additives can improve pig performance and thermal stress resistance (P lt; 0.05), and in improving the digestibility of nutrients , regulate gastrointestinal microbial flora in the pig has a certain role (P lt; 0.05 or P gt; 0.05), serum biochemical parameters in pigs had no significant effect (P gt; 0.05).
