Abstract


Since the ancient ages, Xinjiang is a multi-ethnic community, which is the inseparable part of China and has quite a lot of rich cultural heritages. This area involves the material culture and the non-material culture. With the economy rapidly development, all kinds of races people’s living standard had enhanced. However, in the same time, the non-material cultural heritage of minority has being vanished slowly. The excellent culture of minority has been striked and this area has been permeated by the Western culture; In recent years, It is very necessary to give them effective protection for invisible properties. To protect the minority’s non-material cultural heritage of Xinjiang is an important task for all classes of society.Article context mainly revolves to protect endangered, facing significant impact in social life, artistic value, enrich people growing cultural life demand non-material cultural heritage. Protection of the intangible cultural heritage to the enhancement of people of all ethnic groups cultural identity, further consolidate new national relationships, improve the cohesion of Chinese nation and promoting the comprehensive development is of great significance.This article is based on the cultural protection theory of domestic and foreign. The author analyzed the present situation of the protection of the non-material cultural heritage of Xinjiang national minority, finally summarized the questions in the protection process.Facing the current many adverse factors on minority excellent traditional culture, the author tried to influence of proposed the xinjiang minority nationality intangible cultural heritage citizen, society, national and international actors to the comprehensive protection mechanism, warning protecting national intangible cultural heritage should not only from individual citizens to start, but also cannot ignore the protection of the social level, and in the process of protecting national institutions has an unshirkable responsibility, national institutions should make good use of domestic and international environment, all-round to ethnic minority intangible cultural heritage protection.
