Abstract


Objective: through strict clinical study , use of standardized traditional inclined wrench to further verify the exact effect of the practices on the treatment of lumbar disc herniation , and promote the use of . Methods: The clinical diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation in 62 patients , randomly through the network to get a random serial number randomized treatment group of 32 patients , to be standardized ramp wrench Treatment treatment every other day for 20 minutes each . The control group of 30 patients , be supine pelvic traction therapy , intermittent traction , for about 40 seconds , intermittently for 10 seconds every 20 minutes , day 1, the two groups are in three weeks for a course . Results: clinical observations, oblique wrench method after treatment , standardized treatment can significantly reduce the patient's JOA low back pain score , VAS score , and patients with elevated straight leg raising degree . The cure rate was 78.13% , total effective rate of 96.88% , better than the traction group , compared with the control group , the difference was significant ( P lt ; 0.05 ) Description standardized ramp wrench method treatment of traction therapy is superior in improving the clinical symptoms . CT reconstruction image prominence measurement data show that for the prominence of the index and the aspect ratio of the sagittal diameter before and after treatment compared to manual therapy to reduce the role better than traction therapy ( P lt ; 0.05 ) Conclusion : Clinical studies have shown that : 1 . Standardized ramp wrench method for lumbar disc herniation in symptom improvement superior traction treatment ; 2 . Standardized oblique wrench treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation can be reduced to the size of the protrusions and mitigate nerve root compression , the effect is also superior traction therapy ; clear standardized oblique wrench treatment of lumbar disc herniation action norms and mechanisms for the standardized ramp wrench method biomechanical study of the mechanism of change projections form as well as its long-term effect pending further study .
