Abstract


In recent years, there are many ecological malignant events happened in the worldwide. Environmental problems become a major problem to restrict the economic and social development. Every country in the world is trying to find a new way to develop, in order to avoid the problems which brought by the deterioration of ecological environment. In Henan Province, the economy and society are developing rapidly, the urbanization is increasing. Therefore, whether to handle a good relationship between ecological environments and economic and social development will seriously affect the sustainability of development in our province. Citizen’s daily life and production method are the most common factors to influence the ecological environment. Therefore, improving the citizen’s eco-ethical quality is a basic strategy to harmonious human and environment.Through questionnaires and interviews in Henan Province, the author masters the present situation of citizens’quality of ecological ethics. Studied domestic and foreign research results, the author pointed out the concepts of ecological ethics, quality of ecological ethics and the relationship between their elements, and analyzed the causes of the present situation of Chinese citizens’quality of ecological ethics. Combing Chinese economic and social development environment, domestic and foreign research results, the author proposes some strategies from the following five aspects:school education, laws and regulations, media, community features , green technologies and green consumption. These have theoretical and practical reference significance.
