Abstract


The 21st century our country enters a new developing time,the higher education grows strong unceasingly,general teachers take a firm political stand,love their work and be devoted to it deintrestedly,impart knowledge and cultivate talents,the good teacher’s ethics integrates the classroom.But , under the background of the economic globalization, the ideological diversification and value orientation diversification,some phenomena which have bad effect on the traditional value idea and which do not tally with the teacher’s ethics also appear in the campus,these phenomenon existence has the enormous bad influence to the development of our country higher education and the university student’s health growth,also to the harmonious society’s construction.Therefore,there is an urgent need to strengthen the teacher’s ethics construction. as the healthy development of guarantee of higher education.The author grapsed the teacher’s ethics of the present situation through the questionnaire. Under the data foundation the author constructed the index system of University teachers’s ethics construction influencing factors.By using the analytic hierarchy process, the author analysed the various factors which affect the teachers’ morality construction.Through the analysis,it is clear that the influence of the social environment is highlight As well as the teacher’s ethics mainstream key aspect are the outstanding teacher’s ethics tradition,and the overall social values the education,the quite scientific school system and the majority of teachers improves own quality. The university teacher’s ethics landslide essential reasons are the market economy negative influence,the unsound teacher’s ethics construction,the imperfect management of etalented persons and the teachers lack of professional identity,the unbalanced values and so on.According to the key factors which affect the teachers’ morality construction, the author proposes to create good social environment and promote teachers’ professional ethics in ascension as well as perfect the mechanism of the teachers’ morality construction to enhance the teacher’s ethics construction.
