Abstract

The Tarim Basin belongs to underdeveloped region and per capita income is lower, the education background of people is generally low, it has a special climate characteristic, winter is cold but summer is hot while the winter is free and summer is busy in pastoral production activities. The Ping-Pong, basketball and other fitness facilities which established during the”Agriculture herdsman fitness project”has lower utilization rate in pastoral especially in cold winter, they make the spare time colorful only by developing traditional sports resources can be held indoors, such as Mai xilaipu,wrestling. Using "hold a traditional sports activity, little ten gambling" form to develop local traditional minority national sports culture resources ,teaching sports cultural knowledge by employing local school sports teachers or the volunteers who like sports, guiding cultural activities among pastoral by active and healthy ways. Therefore, traditional minority national sports culture resources development is indeed.The paper main uses literature, questionnaire, interview and statistics etc.methods, through reading a lot of literatures and putting lives in Tarim Basin, put the minority traditional sports culture resources such as Uyghur, Kazak, Tajik, Mongolian, Kirgiz etc. ethnic minorities as the main research object. After long-term fieldwork、questionnaire and exchange interview about various aspects after collecting traditional minority national sports culture resources of the material and settle. To study by combined the traditional minority national sports culture resources development with school sports education, enrich the students’ physical education class content; combined with tourist industry, use the sports tourism promote economic, realize the industrialization; combined with mass media, carry forward the feature culture; combined with bodybuilding fitness, realize traditional minority national sports combined with modern sports, makes the game rule perfect; combined with minority national games, rich national fitness and theoretical basis, increase the number of sports population and other ways. The main factors that influence the traditional minority national sports culture resources development are: lack of money, sports professionals, advertises characteristic brand effect etc. In order to make sure the resources developing smoothly, according to the real condition put forward scientific and reasonable development strategy and opinion, as follow: while the government develop the North-west, attract the funds use all the preferential policies, can not just depend the government; change the concept in sports prejudice, train sports professionals; make full use of mass media, use all kinds of methods to increase advertise; screening for special products, design, packaging characteristic brand.
