Abstract


According to the serious and complex competition in global automotive market, the supplier of raw material face the big pressure of lower cost and profit, and have to satisfy various global customer demands. Under this condition, OEM and suppliers must focus on improving the supplier chain management.This article depends on the B company background and the supplier management in the industry of automobile component and part especially on the supplier development selection, management in B Company, analyses the application, advantage and potential problem in the supplier management of B Company, then to get the way of solving a problem and suggestion on it. Which I expect can give good experience to other similar company in automotive industry for reference.
