Abstract


Faced with the globalization of the world economy , the competition between enterprises going beyond national boundaries, the competition among enterprises is no longer a simple product competition , but the operational efficiency of the supply chain competition . The face of margin in fact continue to decline due to the fierce competition , companies have to improve the operational efficiency of each link in the supply chain to reduce all aspects of operating costs in order to increase the competitiveness of the enterprises themselves . Optimizing procurement management mode is the forefront of enterprises to enhance their own supply chain efficiency , lower procurement prices , shorter delivery period , no doubt contribute to the supply of more timely service , higher quality and better technical support and so on chain competitiveness improved. This article is based on research how to set up the procurement organizational structure and procurement management to optimize the structure of the supply chain . The principle of the thesis is to introduce procurement management and supply chain management theory based on study features of procurement in the traditional environment , procurement and supply chain environment , then major procurement mode in the supply chain environment and the characteristics of the main forms of procurement organizations and its applicable object , the main stock form , and their advantages and disadvantages , supplier evaluation and performance management . The last through COV case , the status quo of the the current COV procurement management system and the existence of a series of questions , then COV company 's industry characteristics and COV Company itself features of the product , based on the above research , proposed a series of optimization COV purchasing organization and purchasing management system , recommendations designed to enhance the competitiveness of the supply chain .
