Abstract


For the market, the location of the provinces and municipalities have branches and lay their marketing channels and networks, with branch offices set up early in order to expand the market, sales management, the light on branches of financial management independence and effectiveness is not fully realize that there is no cause enough attention. With the branches of business growth, staff costs, expand and cost increases enterprises are facing competitive market pressures and external monitoring and pressure was bold type management is also a challenge.Branches how to establish a sound internal control effective financial system, to be effective to overcome their risks and enhance its management capacity and improve enterprise competitiveness. It is our main problems. The VM by the company branch, the internal control points of analysis, will cost control and management of funds, the budget management, fixed asset management and financial checking and internal control and financial information as the six critical internal control points for the research, and adapt to the enterprise’s internal control system, and enterprise combining operations. We hope to the other company branch, the improving financial control system could provide a learning case.
