In this paper, regional vegetable quality and safety for the object, the application system integrated assessment theory and methods to investigate the effect of vegetables quality and safety of the main risk factors, design and quantify the regional vegetable quality and safety comprehensive evaluation index system, tentatively established based on AHP ( AHP) regional vegetable quality and safety risk assessment model. And in Zhejiang Province, to focus on the part of evaluation analysis and empirical research. For 2007-2010 Zhejiang 11 sub-regions (prefecture-level cities) agri-environmental quality vegetable base (irrigation water, soil) and vegetables contaminated residues were monitored, and the use of a single factor pollution index (Pi) and Nemerow (Nemerow) integrated pollution index method for environmental risk assessment, the use of hazard risk coefficient (R) and food safety index (IFS) for each region 10 kinds of vegetables, 26 major pollutants of a security risk assessment . The main results obtained and the results are as follows: 1. Established a regional (Zhejiang) vegetable quality and safety risk assessment model. Design and quantified the three levels of 12 risk assessment system, namely: Agriculture Environment Risk Index (3): Irrigation water pollution index, the soil environment pollution index, atmospheric pollution index; agricultural inputs Risk Index (5) : seed security risk factors, risk factors of chemical fertilizer, pesticide use risk factors, risk factors for growth regulators, harvest hygiene risk factor; vegetable product quality risk index (4): risk factors pesticide residues, heavy metal contamination risk factor, vegetables Food safety index, Mishina certification vegetables weighting. (2) analysis of the environmental risk index Zhejiang Agriculture distribution. The evaluation index system of \The results show that the sub-region, Zhejiang Province, irrigation water pollution index (Pij) order: Ningbo (0.057) lt; Taizhou (0.062) lt; Shaoxing (0.063) lt; Yeosu (0.064) lt; Zhoushan (0.071) lt; Wenzhou ( 0.124) lt; Quzhou (0.143) lt; Hangzhou (0.222) lt; Jinhua (0.223) lt; Huzhou (0.324) lt; Jiaxing (0.520); Zhejiang subregions soil environment pollution index (Pij) order: Zhoushan ( 0.268) lt; Huzhou (0.280) lt; Yeosu (0.284) lt; Jinhua (0.316) lt; Ningbo (0.317) lt; Taizhou (0.337) lt; Shaoxing (0.436) lt; Wenzhou (0.440) lt; Hangzhou (0.595) lt; Quzhou (0.748) lt; Jiaxing (0.826). Overall Jiaxing soil environmental risks are the highest, Ningbo, Zhoushan, Taizhou relatively minimal environmental risk. 3 Basic clarified vegetable base area around the city, Zhejiang Agricultural environmental risk situation. The evaluation of the vegetable base in the Asian region, irrigation water and the evaluation factors of single factor pollution index Pij Pi and comprehensive pollution index is less than 1, in which the Jiaxing area of ??irrigation water quality Pij is the 0.520 level is still clean, and the remaining sub-region Pij levels were less than 0.5 are clean; each subregion Pij Soils were more than one, Jiaxing and Quzhou soil Pij 0.826 and 0.748, respectively, greater than 0.7, is still clean level, the level of the rest are clean. Only Jiaxing vegetable base of mercury in soil single factor pollution index P is 1.050 gt; 1, lightly polluted. 4 Detection of vegetable quality risk index. The index system of \Hangzhou (0.105) lt; Quzhou (0.142) lt; Jinhua (0.155) lt; Shaoxing (0.156) lt; Taizhou (0.186) lt; Zhoushan (0.199) lt; Wenzhou (0.211) lt; Yeosu (0.230) lt; Huzhou ( 0.242) lt; Ningbo (0.249) lt; Jiaxing (0.261); heavy metal pollutants in each sub-region risk factor (R) is: Taizhou (0.036) lt; Ningbo (0.055) lt; Jiaxing (0.061) lt; Zhoushan (0.074) lt; Yeosu (0.092) lt; Shaoxing (0.094) lt; Hangzhou (0.105) lt; Huzhou (0.107) lt; Jinhua (0.110) lt; Wenzhou (0.155) lt; Quzhou (0.192); while the Asian Vegetable Food Safety index (IFS) in the order of Hangzhou (0.007) = Yeosu (0.007) = Shaoxing (0.007) lt; Jinhua (0.009) lt; Wenzhou (0.010) lt; Zhoushan (0.014) = Huzhou (0.014) lt; Taizhou (0.022 ) lt; Ningbo (0.024) lt; Quzhou (0.035) lt; Jiaxing (0.040). 5 The analysis of the province's vegetable products of different quality and safety of the overall situation and the risk of detection of different pollutants. The evaluation of the 1760 samples of vegetables were Zhejiang IFS is 0.017, the overall situation is good. Different varieties of vegetables situations: all varieties of vegetables were less than one IFS, safety low as: cucumber gt; cabbage gt; loofah gt; tomato gt; Zizania gt; celery gt; leeks gt; cabbage gt; eggplant gt; cowpea ; vegetables of different pollutants risk profile: 17 pollutants are detected, the detection rate order: Cd gt; lead gt; mercury gt; cypermethrin gt; chlorpyrifos gt; cyhalothrin gt; triazophos gt; methacholine amine phosphate gt; methamidophos gt; omethoate = fenvalerate gt; Fenpropathrin gt; malathion gt; parathion = dichlorvos gt; trichlorfon = deltamethrin; risk level as high-risk indicators: chlorpyrifos, cadmium, cypermethrin, lead, triazophos, methamidophos, moderate risk indicators: cyhalothrin, omethoate, fenvalerate, and the remaining indicators are low risk; pair vegetables safety impacts are acceptable limit indicators: cadmium, triazophos, other indexes have no effect on the safety of vegetables.
