Its economic development and environmental stress factors encountered bottlenecks , the Yangtze River Delta region and the surrounding low-cost resource-rich regions is increasingly apparent dependence of the urgent need for the transfer of industries . Anhui Yangtze River Delta region with the narrow strip of water , cultural, geographical and resource advantages, and Anhui Yangtze River Delta economic region with a large gap exists , there exists the possibility of gradient transfer , therefore , Anhui should actively undertake the transfer of industries in the Yangtze River Delta , participation in the Yangtze River Delta 's industrial division , play to their comparative advantage and converted into a competitive advantage , is the only way to accelerate the rise of Anhui . This paper analyzes the overall situation of the Yangtze River Delta industrial development and industrial transfer of power mechanism , introduced the Yangtze River Delta region's economic strengths and face environmental pressures , elements of the economic structural bottlenecks and isomorphism , need urgent transfer of industries . Secondly, the introduction of Anhui to undertake industrial transfer of the favorable conditions , while the transfer of industries in both cases is a mutually beneficial process, therefore, there is the feasibility of the transfer . Finally, industrial gradient coefficient model , derived Anhui intends to take five industrial industry : coal mining washing industry , rubber products , plastic products, non-ferrous metal smelting and rolling processing industry and electrical machinery and equipment manufacturing industry .
