Abstract


Economic growth is a theme which each country and each district of the world common concerned. Economic development makes people realize that the change of capital and labor in the production has important influence on quantity and quality of product. As the most obvious and direct factor, capital can increase productivity in a short time. As the most active and positive factor, labor can reflect level of social education and technology. At the same time, we could not neglect another factor which has significant influence- technical progress. Technology has changed technological structure in today’s economy society. It brings not only the increased quantity, but the increased quality of product.In the background of the global economic growth, this paper use the nonlinear production function decompose model to study the three elements of production from the angle of economic theory. By analyze the CES production function and C-D production function, this paper researches deeper decomposition of technical progress, capital, labor and effects of each part to output.The research of technical progress, capital and labor began from the late 20s, which used the nonlinear production function, DEA, potential analysis and AHP method to study contribution of technical progress, capital and labor to output. The development direction turns to the three parts’decomposition, which using the production function. From the raise of non-linear production function and TFP, to the calculate method of technical progress, further improve in non-linear production function, and decomposition of each factors in nonlinear production function, the research achievements at each stage has significant impact on social economy measure.From three aspects of the research in production function, the paper has following conclusions:(1) Decompose technical progress into technology innovation and management innovation, get the influence of technical and managerial on economic growth, and the empirical analysis.(2) Decompose the capital from angle of the quality of investment, establish research of different quality capital to economic growth.(3) Decompose the capital from angle of the quality of labor, get research of different quality labor to economic growth.
