Abstract


Angel investors as a private equity capital investment, the developed countries in Europe and the United States has made to flourish, level earth to promote the economic prosperity of the region. Angel investors emphasis on the early days of the investment, it is generally the first in venture capital involved in start-up companies, it is of great significance for the development of start-up companies. Internet company emerging as a high-growth, high-risk, high-return industry to cater to the and angel investors pursuit of high returns, smaller funds, fast recovery of funds.This thesis is divided into four parts, in the beginning, I have discussed the background, the significance of the topics. This article will focus on the content of the study and I will use the research methods, ideas.The second part of this paper the second chapter, a comprehensive and systematic introduction to the theoretical basis of the thesis, a detailed analysis of the current status quo of the Internet at home and abroad angel investors. In analyzing the results of previous studies based on targeted analysis of the the angel investor status quo combined with China’s national conditions.The third part of this thesis Chapters Ⅲ and Ⅳ. Discussed the pros and cons of various investment patterns, and also analyzed the current situation and existing problems of the Internet industry angel investors, including access to angel investors constraining factors. Discusses why the status quo of China’s Internet start-up companies for angel investors. Angel investors beginning to grow rapidly in the case of I where the company in the U.S. capital environment, also stressed the introduction of Chinese Internet companies angel investors to promote the rapid development of its own feasibility and urgency.The fourth section includes the solutions to those problems, as well as the conclusions of the paper. According to the factors restricting the angel investors in China’s development, combined with the current policy environment to promote angel investment in the development of China’s Internet start-up companies targeted measures to improve the Chinese Internet start-up companies to introduce the theory of angel investors, And then contributing to the sustained and healthy growth of Internet start-ups
