Abstract


With the application of the popularity of the Internet , capital , labor , technology , and the basic flow of production factors gradually showing some new features . From theory or empirical research network elements in the international flow effects of three basic elements: capital, labor and technology, designed to explore the network elements of the international movement Is there a role in promoting . The development of the network to a large extent on the problem of information asymmetry can be improved, thereby speeding up the flow of capital on a global scale . The first part through the establishment of the gravity model , the 1999 to 2002 data on China 's eastern and central and western regions of the empirical analysis to verify a role in promoting the development of information networks on FDI introduction . Relative to the number of CN domain names , the number of Internet users to better measure the level of network development . The eastern part of the level of development of the Internet and FDI inflows is a positive correlation between the level of development of the Internet and the central and western regions no significant impact on FDI inflows . In theory , the second part of the Internet under the conditions of the labor factor in the international movement showing the new features . The one hand , multinational companies and their FDI in the network environment to promote labor flows to participate in the global allocation of resources ; the other hand , due to the rapid development of information technology , labor flows and intellectual factors through the network flows around the world , forming the flexible movement of labor . The traditional theory is that the technical elements of the flow channels in the international trade, transnational corporations and their FDI and brought the flow of high-tech talent , recent scholars believe that the popularity of the development of the Internet is the technical elements in the international flow of another important channel . In theory , the third part summarizes the recent research review , that the Internet has become an increasingly important channel of technical elements in the international movement , and the policy implications .
