Abstract


With the rapid economic development of our society , the whole society is an increasing demand for infrastructure projects , the single China 's investment in the infrastructure industry shortage and financing channels , making the relative lack of infrastructure projects , and gradually restricted the sustainable economic and social development . At the same time , the PPP mode theoretical framework of mature , it shows a huge advantage in the field of infrastructure project finance , and made ??successful applications in many countries around the world , China is also in the form of policies and regulations from 2004 through , allowing social capital into infrastructure not prohibited by laws and regulations , utilities and other industries and fields. However , due to the PPP model is more complex organizational structure and mode of operation , as well as special financing characteristics of infrastructure projects , the PPP mode application in the field of infrastructure construction in China has a higher risk , therefore , for the realization of the PPP model in China 's infrastructure the successful use of project financing , risk management necessary to strengthen the financing of infrastructure projects in PPP mode . From China 's infrastructure construction and financing of the status quo , 2005-2009 \theoretical framework , a detailed analysis of the feasibility and advantages as well as problems of the PPP model of infrastructure project financing applicable research background and theoretical basis for the PPP mode of infrastructure project finance risk management . The focus of this study is that for the study of risk management , to identify the risks in financing infrastructure projects under the PPP mode and comprehensive fuzzy evaluation of risk evaluation model based on the optimization of the build , as well as risk -sharing model based on utility theory and game theory the construction of the final model application specific PPP project case .
