Abstract


Since the end of the century,benchmarking has been widely used around the world quickly. Benchmarking with strategic alliances and business process reengineering went by the name of the three management methods of the 20th century. It appears to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises have made an outstanding contribution.Benchmarking was one of the enterprise will be their product, service and manufacturing process, management and business or industry with both the leading enterprises in comparison, and study the best practices in other enterprises, improve the disability and upgrade their competitiveness of a benign. This paper focuses on the establishment of China Railway Sixth Group to enhance enterprise competitiveness and the core competitiveness of the construction, from beginning to filter the critical success factors of the railway construction industry, the establishment of building enterprise competitiveness evaluation index system, and change the competitiveness index system into a system of benchmarking indicators. Establish post management organizations; carry out the benchmarking work on China Railway Sixth Group. Collect China Railway Sixth Group on operation and management, financial development, human resources, market development, technological innovation and other aspects of experience and shortage. Assess the effect of benchmarking, the formation of continuous improvement mechanism to improve core competitiveness of China Railway Sixth Group in the end.
