Abstract


In recent years, with rising coal prices , the contradiction between coal and electricity continue to highlight the energy supply situation is even more grim . The power industry as the largest user of the coal industry , its operating efficiency faced a greater threat , coal and electricity integration as the main means of power generation companies to seek a way out . In this paper, the theory of modern project risk management of power generation enterprises to invest in coal and electricity integration project risk analysis , evaluation and research of prevention and control strategies . Not ditch coal integration project in Inner Mongolia , for example , the use of its business processes and value chain risk identification path the nonunion coal mine , not even ditch power plant , the main road logistics park the three subprojects risk factors comprehensive identification and The overall risk analysis of coal and electricity integration project . Do not even ditch coal power major risk factors for the integration of the three sub- items analysis and evaluation on the basis of risk identification , risk matrix to determine the coefficient of various subprojects of the main risk factors in their investment and running integrated The level of risk .
