Abstract

Treatment under the various indicators of changes in law and local cryogenic better adaptability 3 years old to 3 years old Kanamori privet (Ligustrum japonicum'Howardii ') and C. glauca (Cyclcobalanopsis glauca) as experimental materials to explore different low temperature privet as a control to compare the relative conductivity of leaves, SOD activity, POD activity and soluble protein content, soluble sugar content, proline content, malondialdehyde content analysis; growth and development under different light conditions, leaf mass leaf pigment content, photosynthetic characteristics, chlorophyll a fluorescence parameters were discussed, in order to provide a theoretical basis for the Kanamori privet and C. glauca introduction and cultivation and conservation management. The main findings are as follows: 1) Logistic regression equation seeking its semilethal temperature, Kanamori privet semi-lethal temperature is -17.48 ° C, compared with the Japanese privet LT50 -19.21 ℃ high cold resistance is lower than the Japanese female Zhen, C. glauca lethal temperature of -18.54 ℃. SOD, POD protective enzymes with decreasing temperature curve were tested first increased and then decreased trend; soluble protein is also presented the trend first and then decreased soluble sugar is higher - lower - the tendency to increase. The Proline first increased and then declined sharply. The malondialdehyde content change regularity poor. 2) these indicators from the correlation analysis results in a low temperature stress process independent existence between little effect. Can result from cluster analysis, all indicators divided into three categories, although there are some indicators of a relatively close distance (between the relative conductivity and SOD), but they work in different aspects of the Cold. Therefore, relatively cold hardiness need multiple indicators will be measured. 3) 40% shading, Kanamori privet growing better ornamental value. C. glauca strong growth at 20% of full light and shading treatment, 40% and 60% shading branches are relatively thin. Changed Kanamori privet leaf photosynthetic diurnal variation of shading: full light and 20% under blackout conditions, the diurnal variation of photosynthesis was \Under various processing conditions, Kanamori privet maximum net photosynthetic rate in the full light conditions; while 40% shading, the average daily net photosynthetic rate. Chlorophyll fluorescence parameters: Fv / Fm under shading diurnal variation is relatively small, and reduce amplitude increase with shading degree, the smallest of the diurnal variation in the 60% under blackout conditions; daily trend was decreased and then increased mode, and Fv / Fm recovered rapidly in low-light conditions, early in the morning and evening, basically the same level, showed that the photosynthetic apparatus of reversible inactivation may occur, did not occur to light damage. In summary, Kanamori privet the cold hardiness weaker, protected cultivation, introduction and cultivation Kanamori privet. The pelagic planting landscaping applications, Kanamori privet can be planted in the north side of the roads, squares, buildings, the middle and lower classes of the community of plant landscape; shade tolerance of C. glauca somewhat less, is more appropriate in the sunny place of the building or plant landscape community .
