Objective To explore the clinical value of transvaginal ultrasound with color Doppler imaging(TVS-CD) in the diagnosis of endometrial polyps.Method 185 females who may be attacked by abnormal uterine bleeding or infertility,and examine these patients by transvaginal ultrasound with color Doppler imaging and hysteroscopy(HS). the consequence of pathological examination as diagnosis criteria.Results The sensitivity,specificity,positive rate, negative rate,Youden of TVS-CD were 70.0%、92.3%、84.0%、85.9%、0.63, and the accordance rate between TVS-CD and pathological diagnosis was 85.4%. The sensitivity,specificity,positive rate, negative rate,Youden of HS were 95.0%、96.0%、92.0%、97.5%、0.91, and the accordance rate between HS and pathological diagnosis was93.1%.The difference between TVS-CD and HS has statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclution Transvaginal ultrasound with color Doppler imaging (TVS-CD) is non-invasive,convenient, efficient and economic.It can be used as the first choice method for the diagnosis of EMP. But hysteroscopy is more accurate and intuitive..It is more effective method for the diagnosis of EMP.
