Abstract


By excessive estrogen stimulation and re- stimulation of the endometrium of women of childbearing age or menopause , so that the incidence of endometrial lesions growing year by year . Due to benign endometrial into malignant and malignant lesions in endometrial development from the early to the late , these are mostly due to the lesions found late , which delayed the best time of the clinic . Ultrasound has been diagnosed in patients with endometrial lesions before treatment carried out a comprehensive analysis . Age , endometrial thickness and endometrial cancer patients before the MRI and other data to provide important reference for the early detection of endometrial lesions , rationalization and individualized treatment programs for patients to develop important clinical reference . Clinical parameters ( age) in our hospital 370 cases of endometrial lesions in ultrasound images of patients were retrospectively analyzed to explore lesions in endometrial thickness , pathological type and endometrial cancer in patients with preoperative MRI and ultrasound results ( cancer infiltration depth ) in the comparison . Statistical methods , P lt; 0.05 considered statistically significant . The results show that : an endometrial thickness of factors affecting endometrial lesions , especially affecting factors of endometrial cancer . 2 endometrial cancer patients with preoperative MRI judge the depth of myometrial invasion of endometrial carcinoma lesions accuracy than the accuracy of vaginal ultrasound early endometrial cancer pathology staging accuracy better than transvaginal ultrasound .
