Abstract


In this thesis, party-masses relationship refers in particular to the relationship between political party of the proletariat and the people. It is a basic category of Marxist Party in the field of ruling. Marxist Party has been dedicating to exploring this key subject. To intimate the party-masses relationship belongs to the critical issue with which the Communist Party needs to confront permanently. It is also the inevitable requirement to consolidate the ruling status of the Party because of its decisive relationship with vicissitudes of Chinese socialist cause, with the future and destiny of Chinese nation, with existence of Communist Party and with peaceful reign of the whole nation. It is the requirement of time and people to which the Communist Party has been attaching all the time. The research on intimating party-masses relationship bears great significance during the process of building a well-off society in an all-round way, thus promoting a new development stage.Based on literature review on this issue, this thesis, with dialectical materialism and historical materialism of Marxism to be its basic approach, elaborates on party-masses relationship from the perspective of ruling law. After reviewing the past events and the former experiences, this thesis mainly analyzes the new climate of intimating party-masses relationship in a new era and then advances strategies towards it.This thesis can be classified into four parts:the first chapter discusses the reason and significance of the research, which emphasizes especially the connotation and characteristics of party-masses relationship and its critical significance towards the Party’s ruling; the second chapter dates back to the historical events and their experiences and lessons; the third chapter analyzes the status quo of party-masses relationship; the forth chapter advances corresponding strategies towards intimating party-masses relationship under the ruling law.
