Abstract


Objective: To understand the quality of life in patients with breast cancer situation, to explore the factors that affect the quality of life of patients with breast cancer and their mode of action. Provide a scientific basis for the formulation of interventions to improve the quality of life of patients with breast cancer. Methods: Quality of Life Scale (FACT-B) breast cancer patients, the symptom checklist scl-90 and the Social Support Scale SSRS cases under investigation, the face-to-face interviews and questionnaires combined 260 cases of breast cancer inpatient quality of life measurement and evaluation. SPSS13.0 software and LISREL8.70 software using statistical analysis of the data, according to the nature of information analysis of variance or Kruskal-Wallis test was used for univariate analysis; FACT-B score and the total of the four areas of the table score as the dependent variable Univariate analysis results P lt; 0.05 factors as independent variables, stepwise multiple regression analysis, filter out the main factors affecting the quality of survival of breast cancer patients; trial using structural equation modeling analysis method to analyze the mode of action of various factors affecting the .
