Objective: Salvia rhubarb mixture treatment of experimental rat model of severe acute pancreatitis , observe the therapeutic effect of of Salvia rhubarb mixture on rats ; the rhubarb mixture of SM mechanism for the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis enterogenic endotoxemia method : Wistar rats were randomly divided into sham treatment group, model group . Treatment group , model group with common bile duct injection of sodium taurocholate method produced a rat model of severe acute pancreatitis treatment group tail vein injection of Salvia rhubarb mixture of therapeutic intervention , measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in serum tumor necrosis factor -α (tumor necrosis factor-α, TNF-α), endotoxin ( endotoxin , ET) , diamine oxidase (diamine oxidase, DAO) levels, and with HE staining observed degree of intestinal pathological changes . Results: 1 : bile duct injection 12h treatment group , model group rat pancreatic severe congestion, edema, and necrosis . 2 : model group, serum levels of TNF - α , ET , the DAO compared with sham group was significantly higher , the destruction of the intestinal mucosa . 3: the treatment group , serum TNF -α , ET , the DAO as compared with the model group decreased light pathological damage of the intestinal mucosa compared with the model group . Conclusion: 1 : common bile duct retrograde injection of sodium taurocholate method can produce severe acute pancreatitis model . 2 : Severe acute pancreatitis can cause endotoxemia enterogenic . 3 : Salvia the rhubarb mixture can alleviate the severe acute pancreatitis caused enterogenic endotoxemia .
