Abstract


Objective: To study the thermal power plant employees occupational stress status quo and its influencing factors, and explore the different occupational stress response in levels of blood glucose, blood lipids, heat shock protein 70 (HSP70) the impact, in order to reduce the occupational stress level of the thermal power plant employees and explore occupational stress physiology Evaluation of indicators to provide a scientific basis. : Testing a comprehensive understanding of the thermal power plant occupational health hazards scene investigation by the Occupational Health and Occupational Diseases; Occupational Stress Inventory (OSI-R) and self-designed general demographic questionnaire thermal power plant's 900 production personnel and 225 Logistics administration staff survey; initial conversion table. according to the norm of occupational stress overall the quantitative grading evaluation of occupational stress levels of employees. Stratified random sampling method, occupational stress reaction level grouping according to different production personnel and logistical administrative staff and were randomly selected 30 cases, determination of blood glucose, lipids the (biochemical Act) and HSP70 (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) level. Results: 17.6% of the power plant employees feel the occupational tasks more moderate overweight and 68.5% of the power plant employees feel moderate occupational tasks, 13.9% of the power plant employees feel a lack of occupational tasks; 19.1% of power plant employees feel more moderate occupational stress reaction , 75.2% of the power plant employees feel the moderate occupational stress response, 5.7% of the power plant employees feel the lack of occupational stress reaction; 15% of the power plant employees feel lack of coping resources more moderate, 68.9% of the power plant employees feel appropriate coping resources, 16.0% of electricity Factory employees feel a strong coping resources. The crowd occupational tasks Questionnaire (ORQ) and occupational stress reaction Questionnaire (PSQ) and its various sub-items scores were higher than the national norm score, the difference was statistically significant (P lt; 0.05). The main factors of occupational stress response: marital status, duty type, task conflict, work environment, role ambiguity, responsibility, recreational and social support (P lt; 0.05). Power plant employees occupational tasks and occupational stress reaction was a positive correlation (P lt; 0.01), occupational stress reactions and coping styles were negatively correlated, but no statistical significance (P gt; 0.05). The main factors in the level of blood sugar occupational stress response and age (P lt; 0.05), lipid levels main factors for occupational stress reaction, age and body mass index (P lt; 0.05), occupational stress reaction both larger; HSP70 level main factors influencing occupational stress response (P lt; 0.05). Glucose, blood lipids of HSP70 content vocational nervous reaction score was positive related (P lt; 0.01), blood glucose, blood lipids and occupational tasks score was being related (P lt; 0.01) of HSP70 and occupational tasks score no significant correlation (P gt; 0.05 ). Glucose, lipids and biochemical indicators in high levels of occupational stress level and moderate and moderate occupational stress level difference was statistically significant (P lt; 0.05), but no significant difference between moderate and moderate levels of occupational stress reaction (P gt ; 0.05); HSP70 levels between high, moderate and moderate occupational stress level of response differences were statistically significant (P lt; 0.05). Conclusion: (1) thermal power plant employees occupational stress level than moderate, but there are still some of the staff there are higher occupational stress levels; major influencing factors of occupational stress: marital status, duty type, task conflict, work environment, role ambiguity, a sense of responsibility recreational and social support. ② thermal power plant employees glucose, blood lipids and HSP70 level increased with elevated levels of occupational stress reaction.
