Abstract


China, as an agricultural country has more than 700 million farmers, building a socialist harmonious society, cultural development and prosperity of the whole society, we can not ignore the rural areas and farmers. We must increase the supply of rural public cultural harmonious culture banner leading the rural farmers continue to move forward. To increase the supply of rural public culture, not only to meet the material and cultural needs of the majority of farmers growing diversification, but also balanced development of urban and rural culture, and the need to protect the basic cultural rights and interests of the broad masses of peasants. Shandong Province, is not only a major economic province, but also a cultural province, has a long history of culture, there are many important contributions to the development process of the Chinese civilization, the most well-known of which is Confucius and Confucianism. Therefore, to do the Shandong Province Rural Public cultural supply, the supply of public culture of the rural areas throughout the country have a good reference. Learn from foreign experience, as well as domestic and foreign research and analysis on the basis of the current status of supply of rural public culture in Shandong Province and the main problems, put forward a number of recommendations to improve the supply of rural public culture in Shandong Province. The first chapter is the introduction. This chapter introduces the research background and significance of the supply of rural public culture in Shandong Province. The second chapter is the supply of rural public cultural theory analysis, the theoretical basis for the supply of public cultural. The third chapter is the current situation and problems of the supply of rural public culture in Shandong Province, the achievements and characteristics of the supply of rural public culture in Shandong Province, but there are still relevant laws and regulations are not perfect, and the lack of government financial investment, supply funds to the lack of effective supervision, poor infrastructure, public culture is difficult to meet the cultural needs of the farmers, services, lack of talent and low quality. Chapter by draw on foreign supply of public cultural experience, come to the province to provide rural public cultural enlightenment. The fifth chapter of the various factors affecting the supply of rural public culture in Shandong Province regression analysis derived which factor is the main, which affect secondary factors and provide a reference for the supply of rural public culture in Shandong Province. The proposed policy recommendations to improve the supply of rural public culture in Shandong Province, on the basis of the analysis in the above sections in Chapter VI, it is recommended to further improve rural public cultural policy documents, to establish a stable government investment-led diversified supply system, establish a standard rural public cultural capital management supervision system, speed up the construction of infrastructure, and enrich the content of services, and strengthening of qualified personnel.
