Abstract


Cultural quality is an important aspect of quality education. Improve students' cultural quality can better promote the development of their comprehensive quality and outstanding cultural heritage of our essence. Also, you can train them more robust personality. In the examination-oriented education to grow most of the time students spent on the accumulation of knowledge, and to a certain extent, ignored the cultural quality of the training. Thus, in the normal school learning stage, teachers need for them to open another window, so that they grow up in a culture of aromatic healthier, more qualified people. On how to better train teachers and students in the cultural quality of this paper on the basis of previous studies, continues to make an attempt on the dramatic literature teaching. Seeks to raise the quality of teachers and cultural recipe. Dramatic literature and other literary style is different is that it is a composite art. It not only has other literary style static text state, also showing a state of dynamic performances. This is for the training of teachers and students in the cultural quality provides another opportunity. This article from the four aspects of the topic to elaborate. The first part of the main analysis and elaboration of the cultural quality of teachers and students in today's situation. In this section, the quality of cultural connotations, the cultural quality of teachers and students in the status quo situation and causes were analyzed. The main analysis of the causes is the cultural status quo, that a better foundation for the next part of discussion. The second part analyzes and discusses contemporary dramatic literature teachers teaching in the teaching situation. This section has three main content. First, the new curriculum teaching the basic meaning of dramatic literature exposition; Second, the status of teachers and teaching dramatic literature; three pairs of dramatic literature teaching quality training teachers and cultural enlightenment. Which is the third part of the main analysis. This part can be said that the combination of theory and practical part. Teaching focuses on seeking dramatic literature and cultural qualities of teachers and students to cultivate the feasibility and significance. It is the third part of the theoretical foundation. The third part is how to improve the teaching of dramatic literature and cultural qualities of teachers and students. In the last part of this section is based on exploring the use of dramatic literature and cultural quality of teaching teachers and students to improve teaching methods. This section discusses two major areas. First, the teaching of reading; two is the practice of teaching. Through these two methods give full play to dramatic literature teaching educational function, improve the cultural quality of teachers and students. The fourth part is the dramatic literature survey and evaluation of teaching effectiveness. This section is intended to illustrate, dramatic literature teaching on students' cultural quality has an important role. Thus, teachers and students can vigorously carry on the teaching of dramatic literature.
