Abstract


After the financial crisis in 2008 , each country on the basis of the modification of their existing financial regulatory legal system , or to supplement or improve the country 's financial regulatory system . Mixed frenzy of the 20th century was born under the \Mixed industry -led era in the 21st century , in order to avoid the arrival of the new heavy crisis , countries have the financial holding company is placed under the strict supervision of the law . This article is both countries after the financial crisis of the financial holding company to strengthen the regulatory context . Articles by various countries and international organizations on the introduction of the new regulatory standards of the financial holding companies and financial groups and new regulatory focus and analysis , as well as regulatory measures taken in response to the reality of the situation of the financial holding company in China and , combined with the People's Bank of China the financial holding company \The regulatory regime of the financial holding company , a regulatory body , market access , operating system and market exit four , respectively, in Chapter 2 , Chapter 3 , Chapter 4 and Chapter 5 discusses . Discussed the regulatory regime of the four aspects of the financial holding company , South Korea , Japan , the United Kingdom , the European Union and the United States , as well as Taiwan after the financial crisis , modify the content of these aspects of supervision of financial holding companies , and added a new regulatory requirements . In this paper, the vertical and horizontal comparison method , the regulatory regime of national financial holding company during introduced at the same time , the proposed regulatory focus and regulatory standards for financial holding companies in China . The purpose is to make a financial holding company in China to be included as soon as possible within the regulatory scope of the law .
