Abstract


As China's socialist legal construction to further improve the development and reform of higher education continues to deepen and perfect, according to law school, building a harmonious campus, has become an important part of the higher education system of the target. In accordance with the law schools on their own power of China's \The Constitution provides for the fundamental rights of citizens, while entitled to as the educated special rights. Therefore, the \Currently, colleges and universities in the development and implementation of rules and regulations are often ignored the fairness of school rules, procedural rationality, legitimacy and students' legitimate rights and interests, to protect and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the students of the urgent need to address the problem. This thesis is based on the empirical analysis of University Regulations, analysis of college students interests to protect the status quo and the reasons, to study the path of the rule of law in colleges and universities, to explore fundamental ways of protection of the interests of the college students. In this paper, the rule of law in universities and students' rights protection, the first part of the college rule of law and the interests of students in the protection of the basic concepts involved in defining research the type of college students interests, the legal position of the University Regulations, the interest in the protection of the rule of law and students of colleges and universities relationship; second part of the focus on college students' interest in the protection of the status quo, the status quo of university violations of the right to education of students, violation of students' right to health and property interests in violation of students' rights of reputation, privacy, combined with case analysis, and the relevant legal thinking; the third part of efforts to study the formation of the main reason for damage to the interests of college students; fourth part of the study from four universities idea of ??the rule of law, of University Regulations system, students Relief Channel, university oversight mechanisms to strengthen the college and the rule of law and the interests of students fundamental ways of protection, to establish the concept of law school, constructed of University Regulations system, broaden the students' relief means three aspects of the author's thinking.
