Abstract

As to the government’s position, no matter it is Adam ? Although the township government is the most grass-roots political organization, but also a fundamental independent administrative unit, the township government the implementation of the administrative areas of economic and social development plans, taking into account the financial, civil affairs, public security, judicial administration, family planning and other administrative work , but also responsible for budget, management of the administrative areas of economic, educational, scientific, cultural, health and sports.
