Abstract


Interest groups has always been one of the important issues of academic attention in the political . Since the reform and opening up , the establishment of the market economy and the transformation of the political system , the economic benefits of diversification , continue to divide and reorganization of the structure of social interests , personal interests and needs to expand, making the generation of interest groups has become a necessity , its development impact the pace of China's political development . In this paper, the interpretation of law , discusses these four methods of documentary research , comparative study and interdisciplinary use law . First Analysis of the theoretical knowledge of the interest groups . Redefined in the comprehensive evaluation of the domestic and foreign scholars about the concept of interest groups defined on the basis of the interest groups of the different interest groups and interest groups, associations . Combined with the concept of interest groups to analyze the characteristics of the interest groups , and to further explore the classification of interest groups . Second, from a macro point of view , discusses the influence of interest groups on the development of China's political . Interest groups to promote the link between citizens and government , it has a double impact on China's political development . From the four factors of the political system , political democratization , political participation and political stability , the positive impact of the interest groups , to strengthen the autonomy of the political system , to increase citizens' political participation channels , to promote political democracy and easing social conflicts , but at the same time there are also the negative impact . Finally, the analysis of how to correctly guide the development of the interest groups in our country . The formation of interest groups with the objective conditions , should face squarely the necessity of existence of interest groups . To establish an effective system platform , to strengthen democratic institutions , the rule of law construction , improve the supervision mechanism to coordinate the development of an imbalance between the interests of the Group is an effective way to ensure the healthy development of our interest groups . In summary , objective analysis, and evaluation of interest groups on the positive impact of China's political development , effective way to avoid the negative impact of interest groups , is the key to promoting the interests of the Group in the sound development of China 's socialist political environment , is to protect the an important factor in building a harmonious society .
