Abstract


Accountability in China's development has been seven or eight years, the basic theory on accountability also established a relatively perfect . We now study the accountability system from start operating mechanism of accountability to conduct further studies . This article from the Chinese party and government cadres accountability status , combined with the specific cases to analyze ways to improve its path . The focus is on the analysis of the situation in China and learn from some of the major Western countries and China, Hong Kong , based on improving the accountability system with Chinese characteristics means . Study of the accountability system , whether theoretical circles or in the specific practice research more, and this becomes the favorable conditions of this writing . It has also become one of the major difficulties of this writing , on the basis of the experts and scholars to find a new breakthrough as of this writing, the difficulty lies. This paper attempts to analyze some specific cases to improve the accountability system with Chinese characteristics, the construction of pathways . This paper analyzes the major Western countries and China learn from Hong Kong accountability on the basis of practical experience , combined with the Chinese party and government cadres accountability are specific cases , to find comprehensive accountability system with Chinese characteristics, the construction of pathways . From reality to solve specific problems, from a number of specific accountability mechanisms manipulation methods make up the article reflects innovation .
