Abstract

The cultivation of sports reserve talents plays an important role in the competition sports world, proved whether a country or a competitive sport in the highly competitive arena of international sports to maintain the enduring strength lies in talent competition in this country the quantity, quality and continuous supply of capacity. Sports development in the problem is that reserve forces talents training, only the importance of the construction of reserve talents training, the development of a country’s competitive sports have staying power. To maintain the competitive level of a project to the continuous improvement of its own development projects must follow characteristics and the laws of human growth, solid job reserve talents.Shandong Province has always been the shooting of the advantages of sports, including Du Li, Tan Zongliang, Wei Ning, Chen Li and a number of world famous for sports development in Shandong Province has made a indelible significant contribution.But with fierce competition, the development of shooting in Shandong Province there have been some problems, especially in the reserve talents training, most provinces of the country there are all kinds of problems and difficulties, so Shandong Province shooting want to maintain sustainable development and make greater contributions to the country, must pay attention to the cultivation and development of reserves, thus enhancing the reserve talents of shooting system is particularly important.This article is to investigate the reserve talents shooting in Shandong Province as the center, through the reserve talents system in Shandong Province, basic situation of coaches and athletes the basic situation of scientific sports training, sports injuries and other aspects of in-depth research to identify constraints shooting in Shandong Province Project development, proposes the development of appropriate strategies for the future sustainability of the project in Shandong Province shooting to provide some theoretical reference.In this paper, through the questionnaire survey, literature, interview survey, comparative analysis, mathematical statistics, logical reasoning and other methods, research to the reserve talents shooting in Shandong Province The results are as follows:(1)Shandong Province shooting the management system is basically of government-based, this system is the development of shooting sports in Shandong Province played an important role, but with the expansion of our province and the shooting sports technology continues to Improved management system in the new environment facing the lack of training funds, competition system is unreasonable, talents difficult to cultivate single way, the out of the affected athletes way and a series of new contradictions and problems.(2) Shandong Provincial shooting coaches in terms of the status quo: the situation with coaches from unreasonable, the age structure is reasonable, there is a wealth of coaching experience, low education, the knowledge structure is imperfect, job training system is imperfect, Selection method is not scientific, do not form a complete selection of models, scientific training situation is to be improved.(3) Shandong shooting talented athletes of the status quo: athletes age structure is reasonable, the training a positive attitude, it is easy to damage the waist and neck, lower cultural achievements, lack of study time, no completely resolved contradiction between learning and training, psychological well,higher state self-confidence, goal orientation to high task / low ego orientation mainly benefit the development of shooting in Shandong Province.
