Abstract


With China's economic development, people's living standards improved significantly, in addition to solving the basic issues of life, the people began to pursue a higher level of life, and the people to show self-worth through various activities during their leisure time to entertainment, sports grounds, highlight the self-image. More and more people begin to pay attention to sports, sports as a part of their lives, will take part in sports activities as a kind of lifestyle. Of course, affected by a variety of factors, that sports lifestyle also tend diversified sporting behavior as an important manifestation of the sports lifestyle, more and more change. Urban young professional women is a very special group, special time for them in the personal life cycle plays multiple social roles, women's sports behavior is closely linked with other aspects of their lives, is related to the quality of their lives and social important indicators of social status. With the improvement of women's level of education and the development of human civilization and social, women became the backbone of social development, social status is also increasingly being young and middle-aged career women as an important part of the female group, has caused widespread concern of the community. However, with the development of the cause of women, their health status can not be optimistic about women's special role in society provides for its social direction, they must not only take into account the work, the more important thing is to take into account the family, they suffer from social, family, troubled physiological factors, employment pressure and the impact of unfair competition, the more the pressure is on them, were also affected by the behavior of their sports. The professional women's physical and mental health problems has been a very important issue in the face of social, family and sports workers. Of Jinan City, middle-aged professional women's sporting behavior, for example, by literature data, questionnaire, mathematical statistics method to investigate behavior of urban young professional women sports, in-depth understanding and grasp the current Jinan City the status quo, characteristics and existing problems of the behavior of young professional women sports, to identify the main factors affecting the behavior of Jinan City, middle-aged professional women sports, and effective development of countermeasures for the problems raised, for the urban young professional women sports behavior improved to provide theoretical guidance and basis for decision making. Research the following conclusions: Jinan City, middle-aged professional women have the right attitude towards sports, the level of participation is not high, the lack of continuity and stability, there is a clear understanding of the relationship between sports and health, but sports consciousness and sports practice exists between a certain distance. Due to socio-economic development and the continuous improvement of women's status, the motives of the middle-aged professional women to participate in sports activities presents a high-level, wide range of features. Regularity of Jinan City, young and middle-aged career women to participate in sports activities, and participate in sports activities decided by the individual's free time; place to participate in sports activities generally free sports, \the main, to the charges of sports women there is a growing trend; women to participate in sports activities to choose the appropriate form of organization to participate in sports activities is based on the individual's age, occupation, most select friends or family to join in sports activities; participate physical activity project is running, badminton, aerobics, climbing meets female physical and psychological characteristics of the project, mainly entertainment. Jinan City, the young and middle-aged professional women's sports consumption level is not high, the consumption structure is not reasonable, and also a certain lack of guidance. Factors affect the young and middle-aged career women to participate in sports activities the women themselves hobbies, traditional gender roles and sports knowledge and subjective factors, occupation, income level, consumption patterns, education, leisure time, venue facilities, sports instructors, etc. objective factors. In this paper, the research on the behavior of Jinan City, young and middle-aged professional women sports, to explore the laws of the city middle-aged professional women sports behavior, looking suits them physical and psychological characteristics of activities, better maintenance of physical and mental health of women, improve women's lives quality, to create a good platform for the implementation of the National Fitness Program.
