Abstract


The success of the Olympics in 2008, to further promote the continuous improvement of the level of sports development. At the same time, the development of China's sporting goods manufacturing industry is in a growth trend, driven by the development of the sporting goods manufacturing industry cluster. Many factors affect the development of the sporting goods industry cluster, such as the country's political system, economic system, social environment, cultural needs, etc., which occupy a major position in institutional factors. New Institutional Economics as a theoretical basis for analysis of the the sports manufacturing cluster system advantages and institutional barriers, new institutional economics analysis method, which proposed a system of innovative ways to solve the institutional barriers, China's sporting goods manufacturing industry cluster able to better development, promote the improvement of China's economic level. Firstly, starting from the the sports manufacturing cluster development status, reviewed the achievements of domestic and international sporting goods industry cluster theory; article uses the methods of statistical analysis, the website of the National Bureau of Statistics data collected on the 4000 survey finishing, the results of the questionnaire used the Eviews5.0 and EXCEL2003 statistical software for data processing and statistical econometric analysis, that the consumption of sporting goods in China has played a facilitating role in the economic growth of our country, and correctly guide the development of China's sporting goods manufacturing industry cluster will make China's economy to develop faster and better. Paper uses empirical analysis to study the sports manufacturing cluster focus on the development of the city and the economic performance, sporting goods manufacturing industry cluster to the Yangtze River Delta and Fujian Jinjiang sporting goods manufacturing industry cluster, for example, and the use of a new system of economic learn analytical methods and game theory analysis concluded: China's sporting goods manufacturing industry cluster has the support of state policies, low transaction costs and property rights clear boundaries, can contribute to the network of relationships of trust and the positive effects of organizational inertia and institutional strengths, but there are institutional barriers in the formal system, the informal system and the implementation of the mechanism, such as an inadequate national policies and systems, local embeddedness cluster sprawl. Finally, on the basis of the research of new institutional economics, from the policy level analysis of China's sporting goods manufacturing industry cluster development system for innovative ways. Papers that the government as the main body of the national policy-making and policy innovation, institutional innovation in the sporting goods industry cluster has an important role; companies as part of the cluster should be within the cluster of leading enterprises as the core, according to their own characteristics, improve the management to make better sporting goods manufacturing industry cluster development.
