Abstract


Volleyball has a glorious history in our country and people plays an irreplaceable incentive. Henan volleyball has been in nearly a hundred years of history, theory, Henan Province, volleyball-sports should be the development of better, but in reality, its development of the situation is not optimistic. Henan volleyball competitive sport along the way, the ups and downs, problematic. The subject through a deep parsing the course of development of the competitive sport of Henan Province, volleyball, and interpretation of the history of of Henan Province volleyball competitive sport, find the experience and lessons learned to help promote of Henan Province volleyball competitive sport health and combined Henan volleyball-sports status quo, to provide new ideas for healthy and rapid development of Henan volleyball-sports, and provides a new approach to solve Henan Province volleyball sports development obstacles, Henan volleyball-sports as soon as possible to catch up with the level of competitive volleyball in China and the development of rhythm as China volleyball and make due contributions to the cause. In order to unveil the mystery of the reasons for the development of impact Henan volleyball-sports, the integrated use of literature, expert interviews, questionnaires, mathematical statistics and logical analysis method, in the course of development of Henan Province volleyball competitive sports for decades as research object, combined with the time in which the context of the country's economic, cultural environment conditions for comprehensive research and analysis. The results: 1. The Henan Province volleyball course of development of the competitive sports total experience: Henan volleyball origins of 20th Century 20-40 years; Henan Province volleyball initial period of competitive sports in the 20th Century 50 to the mid-1960s; Henan Province the volleyball sports development during the peak period - the Cultural Revolution, the late mid-1990s; Henan volleyball-sports downhill upward climb -20 since the late 1990s. The experience gained: Coaches dedication, hardworking athletes; volleyball traditional project school regulations, systems and establishment of multi-sports schools; learn from experience, broaden their horizons, to go abroad, foreign exchanges; four training Network and one-stop implementation of the training system; ongoing coach education, raise the level of coaches business. 3. Inadequacies Volleyball sports development in Henan Province: the degree of attention and support of leaders at all levels is not enough; the Volleyball Players weak, inadequate sources of reserve talents; lack funding; Volleyball high degree of social and occupational ; coaches overall quality needs to be improved; need to further improve the competition system needs to be improved; of Henan Province volleyball-sports management system, management departments unclear responsibilities.
