Abstract


PE teacher misconduct not only affect the healthy growth of the next generation of the motherland, but also restricts the construction of school physical education and development. For the cause, this study proposes the following PE teacher misconduct prevention strategies: strengthening the ethics education for physical education teachers, physical education teachers to improve the overall quality; replaced with a new lesson opportunities, changes and updates in a timely manner Concept of Physical Education; strengthen legal advocacy education, physical education teachers and students enhance legal concept; accelerate the institutionalization of school physical education teachers manage the construction, protect the healthy development of physical education; optimization PE teacher living environment, alleviate their occupational stress, improve their psychological condition.
