Abstract


Teachers are the high-risk groups of burnout. The burnout of teachers has increasingly become the hot issue which the international society concerns.This research takes College of Physical Education of Jilin University as the typical case and uses the research methods of literature documents, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics and logical analysis. Through the comprehensive and profound research of the teachers’burnout situation in College of Physical Education of Jilin University, to reflect the teachers’burnout level in College of Physical Education of Jilin University. On that basis, making the further search of the burnout reasons of the higher educational institutions in Changchun, and then increasing the comprehensive quality of PE teachers, arousing their teaching enthusiasm. These can provide the scientific basis for improving the teaching quality. At the same time, these can offer the necessary references to the management and construction of PE teachers in Changchun..The research results show that:The first, the basic situation of PE teachers in higher educational institutions in Changchun is that the proportion of men and women teachers is almost the most; the teachers’age distribution is between 31 and 40; most of the teachers’degrees are high; more than half of the teachers usually have 6 to 10 classes every week; more than half of the teachers’monthly income is above 3000 RMB.The second, although the teachers’burnout level in higher educational institutions is Changchun is not very serious, it has become a common situation, this needs the teachers to attach enough attention.The third, for the three dimensions of burnout, teachers in higher educational institutions in Changchun with different sex, age, teaching age, degree, title, weeks class quantity, average monthly income have striking differences.The fourth, the situation of teachers in higher educational institutions in Changchun is almost the same as that throughout the country.From the society, schools and teachers in higher educational institutions, this research put forward the following suggestions from three aspects: establishing benign social environment and improving teachers’treatment; perfecting the management mechanism of schools and constructing the harmonious working atmosphere; increasing one’s own comprehensive quality and adjusting unhealthy mood positively.
