Abstract


Secondary vocational education and regional economic development to have the inevitable connection, on one hand, regional economic environment properties determine the basis of the development of vocational education; On the other hand, secondary vocational education provides the quality of talents on regional economic development plays a promoting role. Therefore, secondary vocational education and regional economic development, especially with industry development mutually restricted and formed between the promote each other co-existence and co-prosperity relations.This study is based on regional economic characteristics of haidian district, analyzes the regional economy haidian district orientation and industry characteristics, namely to knowledge as the main driving force for the development of high and new technology industry, concentrated cultural and creative industries and modern service industry, and modern service industry as the pillar industry in haidian district, promote the upgrading of the industrial structure, leading economic development. Also analyzed the secondary vocational schools professional setting of the current situation and problems, with professional setting was made clear the development of modern service industry exists between the various contradictions. And put forward the haidian secondary vocational education should be based on the characteristics of haidian district, focus on the development of service industry related service professional, computer kind of cultural and creative service professional, financial-services related service professionals, select the most appropriate collectivization professional setting mode, the integration of existing education resources, expand its scale, improve school utilization, improving teaching quality, make education brand, improve secondary vocational education in the economic development, make the status of secondary vocational education go haidian district health on the path of sustainable development.This paper adopts questionnaire and interviews, the enterprise of haidian district, investigated and visiting with secondary talent, know a business needs and skills the quality of demand, as well as to the secondary vocational education professional setting, and constructive Suggestions for a variety of data analysis, put forward specific change strategy for secondary school, only in professional Settings and management provide reference
