Abstract


Henan Province as the most populous and less developed inland provinces, faced with the problem of \Henan Vocational education leaps and bounds in the last decade, but because of the thin foundation, development speed is too fast, and the lack of experience in education and other reasons lead to vocational education there are some problems in the development process, the most prominent in higher education lack of competitiveness and attractiveness of the field. Along with the arrival of the era of knowledge economy, global emphasis on the development of human resources in our government human resources strategy of strengthening JIANG Du Yun, director of the Henan Provincial Department of Education in 2008 on the \The new stage of development, which entered a new stage of transition from the largest province of the human resources to human resources strengthening the province. \the core competitiveness issues, mainly includes five parts: The first part of the research background, research significance, the basis of the theory of human capital theory, the theory of competitive advantage, core competencies define the core competitiveness of higher vocational institutions concepts, and finally work out writing ideas and structures; second part of the Human Resources of Henan Province in the background, meaning and necessity; third part of Henan Province Higher Vocational Education has been achieved and the problems faced by the main analysis, and proposed Vocational the institutions enhance core competitiveness is to implement an important support to the Human Resources Strategy for the Provincial Development, emphasized to enhance the core competitiveness of the vocational colleges imminent; characteristics of the fourth part of the core competencies of vocational colleges and comprehensiveness, the level of sexual analysis and other evaluation principle to establish on the basis of four large dimensions from the College basic level, the level of teachers, personnel training ability level and market services level higher vocational education in our province the situation should be contingent, then set eighteen the secondary indicators empirical study using independent samples T-test requirements compare mean differences of Henan Province and Guangdong Province, is located in the coastal developed, factors to arrive at vocational colleges in the province competitive advantage and disadvantage factors, and analyze the root causes of the strengths and weaknesses of factors exist; fifth part of the fourth part of the vocational colleges in the province disadvantage factors, in accordance with the evaluation factors focus to enhance the core competitiveness of Henan vocational colleges. Epilogue to enhance the core competitiveness of higher vocational colleges can improve the overall quality of the province's population, and the creation of senior skilled personnel, provide new opportunities for our province's human resource optimization configuration, and contribute to the province from the most populated province forward to the human resources powerful province.
