Abstract


College students are special groups of citizens, and the cultivation of college students' quality of citizens is a basic project of building a harmonious society. Therefore, civic education into China's ideological and political education research, is undoubtedly of great theoretical and practical significance. This article will clarify the basis of the concept of the subject along from theory to practice, the logical route from the reason to the countermeasures on civic education into the necessity and feasibility of the ideological and political education in colleges and universities, more objective grasp of College Students' Civic the status of education, to explore the reasons for the lack of civic education in the ideological and political education, and civic education for college students to integrate into the ideological and political education and improving the quality of college students citizen to provide effective operational countermeasures. The article is divided into four parts. The first part: the connotation of the concept and its relations of citizens, civic education, ideological and political education. \The meaning of \The connotation of the ideological and political education, including inheritance and innovation of two aspects. Clarify and define these concepts laid a theoretical foundation for the full text of. Part II: explain the perspective of development, civic education into the necessity and feasibility of the ideological and political education. The necessity lies: First, civic education is the need of reform and innovation of traditional ideological and political education; civic education is the need to enrich the content of existing ideological and political education; civic education is to improve the students themselves overall quality of needs. Its feasibility: a good social environment; rich experience of ideological and political education. Part III: explained from the point of view of history and reality of ideological and political education, civic education status quo and its inadequacies in surviving, the main problems: first, the lack of qualified and mature university student groups of citizens; second school education, the lack of an ideal environment; ideological and political education classes, lack of civic education. And analyze the reasons for the lack of civic education in China's ideological and political education, political and institutional factors both history, there are aspects of the reality of the legal system and education system, there are educational reasons of operational level. Through the first three parts of the analyzed and discussed in the fourth section of civic education into the rational choice of the ideological and political education: first, to establish a new concept of civic education; second, to increase or strengthen civic education in the ideological and political education content; penetration in the practice of ideological and political education in civic life; fourth, the introduction of advanced methods of civic education in the ideological and political education; fifth, four in one family, school, society, the mass media to build educational environment to promote civic education into the integration into the ideological and political education of college students.
