Abstract

With the continuous progress of the new basic education curriculum reform, development and utilization of resources for students has attracted attention in the field of educational theory and practice and explore, while the effective development and utilization of the resources of students as teaching objectives reached an important prerequisite and foundation also increasingly become the consensus of the people. Fully effective mining of resources for students in the ideological and moral lesson, help to stimulate students' enthusiasm for learning, develop students' thinking, and increase students' interest; conducive to the formation of the students and teachers, students interaction classroom atmosphere, teachers and students are motivate each other to improve, to achieve a real sense of both teaching and learning; help make the ideological and moral teaching closer to students' lives, and to enhance the effectiveness and relevance of the ideological and moral teaching, so as to enhance the effectiveness of teaching. Domestic and foreign scholars on the issue of student resources development have been some close study proposed a variety of perspectives, has made many important research, current student resources development, there is a certain referential significance. However, due to various factors, student resources is not enough clarity and depth, broad ideological and moral teachers there are many problems in the development and utilization of resources for students. This article aims to identify the ideological and moral lesson teacher questionnaire for teachers by making in the development and use of student resources exist, the analysis of the causes and propose appropriate practical measures. This paper discusses three parts: the first part of the analysis of the significance of ideological and moral teaching high school students the meaning resources, characteristics, types, and the development of student resources. According to scholars for student resources point of view, I very much agree with the the ying teacher's perspective. Students the kind of resources according to different standards can be divided into six categories: first, language class resources and behavioral manifestations, is divided into class resources; Second, latency, divided into the potential resources and generate resources; and third, in accordance with the main structure is divided into individual resources and groups of resources; fourth, in accordance with the initiative, and is divided into active resource and passive resources; Fifth, in accordance with the nature, divided into benign resources and poor resources; sixth, according to a psychological point of view, the points intellectual resources and non-intellectual resources. The significance of the development of student resources: to help improve the teaching process for students interested in learning, teaching and learning and to generate cooperation exchanges, as well as enhance the relevance and timeliness of the ideological and moral lesson. The second part of the analysis of the current status of ideological and moral teaching high school students resources development. High school students resources development has been made in a number of achievements: some teachers have begun to conscious mining resources for students, and students the wrong answer in light of the prevailing circumstances. But there are still many issues to be resolved, so I produced a questionnaire for teachers, and strive to find the existence of ideological and moral teaching high school students resource development issues. The main problem for small and developing student resources improper development of student resources. Reason, mainly the following four points: lack of theoretical research; teachers to develop student resource awareness is not strong; teachers' quality and ability is not enough; constraints of the traditional mode of teaching. The third part of the implementation of the ideological and moral teaching high school students resources development countermeasures. Based on the analysis of the problems and causes of resource development in the ideological and moral lesson students, I propose the following measures: First, to establish the principle of the ideological and moral lesson student resources development, including ideological and educational principle, the principle of openness and life principles ; second, strengthen Crispin teacher at students' awareness of resource development, improve the ability of teachers to develop student resources and level; ideological and moral teaching effectively develop student resources, mainly orchestrated before class, promoting resource generation classroom teaching effective to generate student resources, as well as to further tap the resources for students after class.
