Abstract


As school leaders, managers and decision-makers , the principal is to determine the quality of school education as well as the key factor that school development . Currently, the principals ' professional development is an inevitable requirement of China's modernization is the inevitable trend of development of education management , improve the quality of education is an important safeguard . The majority of our principals professional development path is not starting at the academic education system , therefore specialized training in the president 's position in North development is particularly important . Scientific system of primary and middle school principals to promote specialized training is a shortcut . From the connotation of principal professional development , explore and improve principal training for enhancing professional development of school principals has important practical significance. This study aims to analyze the meaning of principal professional development on the basis of the existing training of school principals to study the theory and practice and thinking. In this study, a comprehensive analysis of literature data on the country of the principal results of research training , based on the Beijing S region Headmaster Training conducted a survey and interviews , focuses on the professional development of school principals training principles, objectives , content , structure , pattern and laws . Training is necessary to accurately grasp the principle of professional development of principals to the actual needs , but also to promote the principals of self reflection, self- development conditions , but also to promote the implementation of the principal professional quality standard principal training assessments. Training objectives in accordance with the general requirements necessary to comprehensively push forward , but also multi-level specifications to meet the training needs of principals . The emphasis of the training is the principal professional capacity building. Diversification of institutional training training , training content and training institutions by the participants to jointly determine , training forms, training opportunities are two-way choice . Training mode is necessary to deepen the existing , but also develop new . Actively explore the training rule, better service principal training . Finally principals professional development training to promote some of the recommendations and prospects , China's primary and secondary school principals' professional development training concepts to advanced and objectives must be clear , the content to be innovative , system should be legalized , pattern should be diversified . This is both CPD of the road, it is the only way to success principals .
