Abstract

School sports as the basis of social sports and competitive sports, it is an important part of China's education and sports, including the various school physical education teaching, extra-curricular sports activities, after-school sports training and athletic competition. School sports activities can not only promote the growth and development of students, but also enables the students to form a variety of physical fitness, entertainment, life skills, to enhance students' understanding of the sports culture, make it a good idea in school physical education, moral and habits, so that students have plenty of learning effort in school during the students physically and mentally able to fully promote the coordinated development. Therefore, school sports has an unusual position and significance. Henan Province as a population at the China Central Plains area, really can not be optimistic about the development of sports, which include school sports in schools, sports rights have been infringed by the events at all times there are students of sports rights not guaranteed, enjoy less than sports to bring happiness and health, it will seriously affect the development of Henan Province Sports Talented high school as an important stage of development of sports, the student sports rights protection is related to important and directly affects the Henan Sports development, can be seen, the study of the Urban High School Students' Sports Rights inevitability and urgency. Status of this paper is to investigate the status of some towns in Henan high school students sports rights, designed to fully understand and master the Students Rights, so that schools, teachers in-depth understanding of student sports rights are not guaranteed consequences, to enable students to better understand the the importance of sports rights, cultivate and enhance students' awareness of sports rights, students learn how to use the law to safeguard their own legitimate sporting interests, so as to safeguard the interests of students, schools and teachers, to ensure the normal work of the school sports, in order to effectively promote the school quality sports education and Governing Education in accordance with the law and provide some theoretical reference body.
