Abstract


Evaluation of teaching is the school organized students to judge the effectiveness of teaching activities . Specifically , the evaluation of teaching is organized by schools or higher education administrative departments , through the students' classroom teachers teaching attitude , teaching organizational arrangements , teaching effect , science and writing on the blackboard , and other teaching activities related to the evaluation of an activity , its main purpose is to promote the professional development of teachers to improve the teaching practice of teachers . The small teaching evaluation in this study is organized by the administrative department of education or school by teaching attitude in school pupils of the primary school classroom teachers , teaching organizational arrangements related activities to evaluate the effectiveness of teaching , science and writing on the blackboard elementary school teaching an activity , its main purpose is to promote the professional development of primary school teachers , improving primary school teachers teaching practice . As we all know , the student is a direct participant in the activities of teaching , and most have a say in the quality of classroom teaching teachers . Compared with the leadership of evaluating teaching , experts evaluating teaching , peer teaching assessment , evaluation of teaching less interference by the interpersonal relationships , and a high level of credibility . Needless to say, evaluation of teaching , especially teaching evaluation , there are some limitations . The pupils involved in evaluating teaching exist many problems , such as the guiding ideology of the evaluation indicators of backwardness , lack of normative evaluation process , evaluating teaching is not enough scientific . Small evaluation of teaching problem is multifaceted , both teachers factors pupils factors , more school management factors . On the basis of the analysis of the causes behind the existence of the problem , the problem of small teaching evaluation , the researchers has put forward countermeasures to improve small teaching evaluation : establishing the value orientation of the development of teaching evaluation gradually so that pupils become assessment the main religions , setting the a reasonable teaching assessment questionnaire , effective use of teaching assessment results to establish the results of evaluating teaching and teacher development combined feedback mechanism . In this study, the research methods literature method inspection by the relevant literature , identifying research topics and ideas based on the literature data mining, analysis and finishing , and highly correlated with the contents of the study data described evaluation , and finally to the formation of a credible conclusion .
