Abstract


June 2001 the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China promulgated the Basic Education Curriculum Reform (Trial) \basic education is undergoing such a revolutionary change, is undoubtedly a higher demand on the quality of teachers, but also presented a huge challenge to China's current teacher education. \ability to collect and process information, the ability to acquire new knowledge, analysis and problem-solving ability, as well as exchanges and cooperation. teachers in the teaching process with students positive interaction and common development, properly handle the transfer of knowledge and training skills relationship, pay attention to develop students' independence and autonomy, and guide students to question, investigate, explore, learn in practice, to promote students under the guidance of teachers take the initiative to learn, full of personality. \the results of the independent study improvements in higher education should be how to continue to pay attention, it will be an important aspect of us to explore. Advocated the role of teachers in the new curriculum reform, teacher is a facilitator of student learning, education researchers, curriculum builders and developers. Teachers can be seen as an important basic elements in the school education system, and plays an essential role for improving the educated self-learning, improve their self-learning ability. Pre-service teachers as a the important reserve army of teachers, only to improve their self-learning ability, improve their culture emphasis on self-learning ability, can make a positive sustainable development of China's higher education. How to make the pre-service teachers to better self-learning how to be more efficient to improve the self-learning ability of the pre-service teachers to cope with competition and challenges of the future society, become an important part of the normal university quality education and cultivating innovative talents, also become a new research topic. In this study, modern educational theory as a guide, a combination of qualitative research and quantitative research methods, structural equation modeling as the main tool to explore the impact of pre-service teachers under the new situation of self-learning ability of influence factors on the way to post the cultivation and improvement of self-learning ability in pre-school teachers to provide a basis. This study in the literature studies, field surveys and interviews on the basis of pre-service teachers 'self-learning ability factors analysis and build the initial structural equation model for pre-service teachers' self-learning ability and its influencing factors; and on this basis draws on mature questionnaire, and the questionnaire was modified and reliability, validity analysis; followed by use of the modified questionnaire Shandong Normal University, 2007 participation \297 valid survey data, and the use of SPSS and LISREL analysis of the survey data and the initial model was modified; Finally, the conclusion of the study were explained, in order to improve the self-learning ability of the pre-service teachers help and inspiration.
