Abstract


As we all know, the teachers' ability to improve and continuing professional development is the key to protect and improve the quality of education. Autumn Lake Secondary School through the reform of the organizational structure, organizational culture creation and organization of human relations to build good teaching and social effects. The fourth part of the American Federation of Teachers is empowered to increase the successful practice analysis, advanced concepts, democratic leadership, colleagues mutual collaboration are essential factors. The fifth section describes the research of teacher empowerment, On the practical strategies to improve China's in-service teacher professional development and empowerment status. Teacher Empowerment a lot of research and practice in the United States, more extensive and in-depth results improve on the achievements of the school teaching, teachers 'sense of accomplishment to meet teachers' professional enhancement and education, social system virtuous cycle onwards to considerable role can not be ignored. These also our way of educational leadership and teaching mode brings a certain impact, the writing of this article can arouse the concern of the entire social empowerment of teachers, increase empowerment in our educational practice.
