Abstract


School teacher-student relationship is a very important kind of relationship , it directly affects the effectiveness of teaching and school education training goals. Student conflict is affecting a good teacher-student relationship formed an important part. To this end , scholars have done a lot of research on teacher-student conflict . However, whether foreign or domestic , the experts are on the dominant focus of the teacher-student conflict , there are few conflicts for students doing research recessive expression . According to the author of the daily life of the school experience and teaching experience in college , but found in universities , students and teachers rarely choose a frontal fierce verbal conflict , not to mention physical attacks and openly revolted , they are more choice is relational aggression - this recessive form of conflict within . This paper describes a university student conflicts existing forms of relational aggression , manifestations , characteristics and the impact on teachers and students , and Goffman 's drama theory perspective, from the stage management , impression management and other aspects of the relationship attack the causes , functional aspects of the depth of interpretation . This study attempts from the perspective of a professional social worker , through the whole process of relational aggression , a complete presentation of the state colleges and universities in relational aggression , and this proposed a series of measures to improve the teacher from the attitude , ideas , actions, communication on the correct treatment of relational aggression , to create a good teacher-student interaction.
